Do you have pictures of the completed house? I am planning to build a rammed earth house in Isinya a town in Kenya. I will use the sample your formwork pictures as a template. Did you use cement as a stabiliser?
Hi Emmanuel, we didn't use any cement in the walls. our soil tested well, and we designed the walls to be a lot thicker than strictly necessary to allow for any localized weaknesses. there is some cement in the sand renders on the inside and outside of the house.
